MIDLOTHIAN 鈥� The following is a statement from the听Bremen High School District 228 Joint Faculty Association (BHSD228-JFA)听President听Greg Fitch听on the tentative agreement reached with the听Bremen听High School听District 228听Board of Education听(D228 BOE):
鈥淲e are pleased that we were able to find common ground with the district. We now have a tentative agreement that will put our students first and allows us to have a solid plan for the future.鈥�
All community information meetings planned for this week are now cancelled. Also, the strike date set for Jan. 27 is suspended pending contract ratification from both the D228 BOE and the BHSD228-JFA.
